My passion for wellness began at a young age. I ran my first race (1 mile) at the age of two and have enjoyed learning and experimenting with healthy living practices ever since. In 2018, I journeyed to Rishikesh, India to learn directly from the masters of yoga and Vedic philosophy. This experience opened my eyes to the power of meditation, sound healing, and self-love.
In late 2018, I was introduced to the Akashic Records with a session that brought awareness and healing to parts of me I was unaware of. I started practicing reading my own Akashic Records in 2023, and later for friends, under the mentorship of Candice Rasa. There have been countless magical moments of connection, inner awareness, and healing ever since offering my various services since 2018. I attribute this to the power of love that fuels this work.
My current mission is to provide empowerment and life balance skills to soul-full leaders who want to feel amazing– physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Connect with me to learn about my current passions in life– sound healing, healthy living, and public speaking.

Sound Healing:
I was initially introduced to sound healing while on my yoga journey in Rishikesh, India. I combine my classical western music background with training in eastern therapies to guide each session as a unique and intuitive experience. LEARN MORE
Yoga:
Trained in Rishikesh, India, yoga has a deeper practice than the poses. Yoga brings in breathing, meditation, mindful living, as well as the physical poses. My yoga teaching is influenced from the following styles: Vinyasa, Hatha, Iyengar, Ashtanga, and Restorative. My personal practice honors how my body and mind are feeling for the day and often resembles Hatha– a slow flow from pose to pose, awareness of breath, and time to allow the muscles to stretch. Similarly, a private yoga session is crafted to your body’s current needs. LEARN MORE
Speaking:
Employee wellness impacts productivity, happiness, and company revenue. I host wellness trainings at companies and organizations related to stress management, mindfulness, and movement. LEARN MORE
