How Private Sound Healing works

A sound bath is an experience that may also be labeled as other names– sound healing, sound therapy, sound bowl experience, sound meditation. Nonetheless, a sound bath experience is a powerful experience that can help calm your mind for deeper, easier meditation.

Relax, listen, and feel the vibrations. Tibetan singing bowls help heal the body with their peaceful notes and vibrations that match the frequency of our seven chakras. Sometimes we experience uneasy moments of life, trouble sleeping, physical pain, emotional pain, or simply unbalanced feelings. Relax during a sound bowl healing meditation session and experience the benefits of vibration.

To receive the maximum benefit from a session, I recommend you experience a private, one-on-one session. This allows me to focus all of my attention on you. Trust me, it’s worth it!

I have had two sound baths by Emily. They were amazing. I am not one to meditate (though I know I really should) and this was my main reason for booking sessions with her.
