How Private Yoga Works

Private yoga works best with you make a commitment to it. After my initial introductory session, I offer my services in packages of 10 or more and ask for a three-month commitment. By scheduling regular sessions one to three times a week, we can go deeper into your practice to allow your body to gain the benefits of stretching, strengthening, and stabilizing.  

Yoga is more than stretching and strengthening your muscles. It is a practice of self-care to help bring balance and alignment to your body and mind. 

To get a sense of pricing, private yoga rates are similar to local massage or bodywork rates. You will receive a rate quote on your phone call consultation. 

Services & Offerings

Vinyasa: a practice of flow from one pose to the next. Pacing and poses can be athletic or gentle depending on the client’s wishes. 

Restorative: a gentle practice with longer holds in each pose to allow the muscles to relax. Assisted stretching is optional depending on the client’s wishes.
