Testimonial– Couple’s Edition

I recently facilitated a couple’s sound bowl meditation session. Their video testimonial is below. I love each type of session for a variety of reasons.

Solo (one-person) experiences are a ‘dance’ with that individual’s energy and allow the individual to focus solely on themselves and any intention they bring to the session.

Couples sessions bring the energy of both individuals as well as their relationship. It is an opportunity for the couple to slow down and share a moment with each other while feeling relaxed and just simply being themselves. This means no masks, no judgement, no demands, no expectations. In the safe space of a session, and with a heart more open, beautiful things can happen to the emotional connection.

Small group sessions can be with friends and/or family. I see it as a soul family (and it doesn’t matter if you’re related by blood or law). This is an experience for loved ones to gather, to reconnect, to share emotions, to feel vulnerable, to love the fact that they have a soul family and that they’re able to gather with each other.

  • a calm experience for you to connect within for a moment of reflection
